These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Kerala, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
